Damaged or Incorrect Items

After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
Used or Opened Products
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Shipping Fees

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, USPS or UPS is responsible for delivery. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information for assistance.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been prepared for shipment, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
