At Taking Care of Our Mental Health (TCOOMH), we understand that finding the right support can sometimes feel overwhelming. Our consultation and referral services are designed to help individuals, families, organizations, and community members identify appropriate resources and connect with services that support their mental wellness and overall well-being. Consultation Services TCOOMH provides consultations for individuals, families, community organizations, schools, faith-based institutions, and businesses seeking guidance on mental wellness initiatives and resources. Consultations may include identifying community needs, discussing available support options, developing wellness programming, and exploring strategies to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma. Referrals & Resource Connections When additional or specialized support is needed, TCOOMH can help connect individuals and families with appropriate community resources and service providers. Referrals may include connections to mental health professionals, counseling services, support groups, educational programs, substance use resources, youth services, family support, and other community-based resources. Our goal is to help individuals take the next step toward finding the support and resources that best meet their needs. Support for Organizations TCOOMH also works with organizations interested in strengthening their approach to mental wellness. We can provide consultation, resource guidance, and referrals to support wellness initiatives, workshops, educational programming, community outreach, and other efforts that promote healthier and more informed communities.
